What does Pro add?

Pro is a one-time upgrade ($49) that adds advanced Tandem Review workflows, export/import tools, and priority support, with one year of updates included (then an optional $22/year renewal). The Tandem Review Workflow and Cloud API support (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Grok, Ollama) are included free in Community, with provider keys you control. Premium includes everything in Pro, plus lifetime updates with no renewal and early-access builds. No subscriptions, no per-execution fees.

What's the difference between Pro and Premium?

What are Workflow Modules?

Modules are focused workflow packs for specific jobs — writing, research, coding review, business documents, customer replies, and more. Start free with the app and free packs. Paid modules are releasing soon; Pro and Premium include the paid modules.

What is Tandem Review?

Tandem Review is how Commander Codey catches weak answers before you trust them: one AI drafts the work while another reviews, checks, and challenges it. Instead of taking a single model's first response at face value, you get a structured second opinion built into the workflow.

How does it work without servers?

Commander Codey runs in your browser. Chat history, configurations, and workspace data are stored locally using IndexedDB and localStorage. When you connect a cloud AI model, your browser talks directly to that provider's API. There is no AITeamCollab server in the middle handling your data.

Is my data really private?

Yes. We built Commander Codey local-first specifically for this reason. Your code, prompts, API keys, and conversation history stay on your machine. We don't collect telemetry. We don't track usage. When you use local Ollama models, your data never leaves your device at all.

Can I use it completely offline?

Yes, with local Ollama models. Install Ollama, pull models to your machine, and Commander Codey works with zero internet connection. Cloud models obviously require internet, but the platform itself runs entirely in your browser.

What's the difference between Simple and Advanced mode?

Simple Mode hides the complexity — you pick a preset, describe your task, and go. Advanced Mode shows everything: all 19 role cards, model assignment dropdowns, pipeline controls, diagnostics, and dual chat windows. Switch between them at any time.

Do I need to know Python?

No. Unlike most AI orchestration tools (CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen), Commander Codey is a full browser UI. No command line, no Python scripts, no dependency management. If you can use a web app, you can use Commander Codey.
