AITeamCollab and Commander Codey are built on a local-first architecture. Your data stays on your machine. We designed the product this way on purpose — your code, prompts, conversations, and API keys are yours and never leave your device unless you explicitly connect to a cloud AI provider.
Short version: We collect as little as possible. Commander Codey stores all user data locally in your browser using IndexedDB and localStorage. We do not operate telemetry, analytics, or tracking by default.

When you connect cloud AI providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Grok), your API keys are stored locally in your browser's encrypted localStorage. They are sent directly from your browser to the provider's API endpoint over HTTPS. AITeamCollab never sees, stores, or transmits your API keys through our servers.
All chat history, team configurations, mission data, and workspace settings are stored entirely in your browser using IndexedDB and localStorage. This data never leaves your device. If you clear your browser data, this information is permanently deleted. We recommend using the Export feature to back up important conversations.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens) and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising. The only third-party data processing occurs when:
Account data is retained while your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for support purposes for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@aiteamcollab.com.
AITeamCollab is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By accessing or using AITeamCollab.com, Commander Codey, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AITeamCollab provides Commander Codey, an AI pipeline orchestration platform with 19 specialized AI roles, cloud and local model support, and a browser-based Command Center interface. The Service is offered in three tiers: Community (free), Pro (paid, one-time purchase), and Enterprise (custom).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aiteamcollab.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including code, prompts, outputs, and configurations. AITeamCollab does not claim any rights to your content. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
When you connect third-party AI providers, you do so under those providers' terms of service. AITeamCollab is not responsible for charges, rate limits, or policies imposed by third-party providers. You are responsible for managing your own API keys and understanding the costs associated with cloud model usage.
Pro tier is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access and updates. Enterprise pricing is custom and agreed upon separately. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. AITeamCollab does not store credit card numbers. See our Refund Policy for return terms.
AITeamCollab, Commander Codey, and all associated branding, interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of G AND D SERVICES. The Service is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software under these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use in production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITeamCollab and G AND D SERVICES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@aiteamcollab.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data stored locally on your device remains yours.
AITeamCollab reserves the right to revoke any license, free or paid, if the licensee engages in any of the following: redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the software without written authorization; reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software; using the Service to develop a competing product; repeated abuse of the refund process, including purchase-and-refund cycling; fraudulent activity, including chargebacks filed in bad faith; or any use that violates these Terms of Service. Upon revocation, access to the Service ceases immediately. No refund is issued for revoked licenses resulting from the licensee's violation of these Terms. Data stored locally on your device is unaffected by license revocation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Pro purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
Refunds are available for Pro tier one-time purchases made within the last 7 calendar days. The refund window begins on the date of purchase as shown on your payment receipt.
To request a refund, email support@aiteamcollab.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and purchase date. We will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we process it.
Once a refund is processed, your Pro tier access will be revoked and your account will revert to the Community (free) tier. You retain access to all Community features. Data stored locally on your device is unaffected.
The Community tier is free forever and does not require payment. No refund applies.
Enterprise agreements have custom terms. Refund terms for Enterprise customers are defined in their individual agreements.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles. In cases of fraud or chargebacks, we may suspend or terminate the associated account.
